Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in its original condition — unworn and unused.
- All original tags, if applicable, must be attached.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mayuritamore.97@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and any applicable shipping information. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Handmade Jewellery
All Thread Ornates jewellery is handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finishing may naturally occur from piece to piece. Such variations are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return once worn or used. Customised or personalised products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after the applicable processing period, please contact us at mayuritamore.97@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
